The Hideaway, and The Mummy Tomb

Two structures of similar theme could fit into Minecraft. The Hideaway, and The Mummy Tomb. Both structures would commonly reward gold.

The Hideaway would be a bunker of sorts, for a Wealthy Villager. It would be a small room with a small hallway, with chests and barrels. The chest would contain gold, and uncommonly have emeralds. It would spawn in plains and mountains.

The Mummy Tomb, would spawn in deserts, and be a small room with a vertical shaft it would have gold blocks and a chest of other loot items. Husks could spawn inside the tomb, making it a little less easy.
