Witches Attack Blazes

Witches should be hostile toward blazes if they ever encounter them. Blazes should also drop blaze rods if killed by a witch.

This would bring more logical lore consistency to the game (because potions are made of blaze powder), as well as be a useful mechanic to technical players.
