Villager and Witch hats

Adding droppable Villager and Witch hats would add a lot of customization and cool trophies to game! They would be like mob heads/skulls, and be placeable as well as wearable by players!

To get a witch hat a player would have to defeat a witch on a full moon, with a low chance of getting the hat. Meanwhile villagers can drop their hats when switching professions!
