Rebuild Language

Khmer language is a language that use in Cambodia, people have been using other countries language or create their own since Minecraft doesn't have a proper khmer language, because of this people starting to forget and ignore their own language, which has the world's largest alphabet, so i would like to remake this and make it useable for Cambodian
