minecart with lamp/ brake system

This minecart would light up your path as you ride down in the mines it can turn on/off but can only light up what's in front of the minecart. There would be a lever in the minecart that when pulled stops the minecart, or you should crouch to stop the minecart with the lever pulling.

  Love the idea of crouching and seeing a lever pull up and maybe the minecart even shakes a little bit (depending on the speed)

  This requires dynamic lighting.

  There isn't dynamic lighting in vanilla MC, so the lamp wouldn't work.
