Pillager Outpost Spawning

Pillager Outposts should generate with a certain number of Pillagers rather than continuously spawning them. This would prevent farming and allow players to repurpose and convert Pillager Outposts into bases.

    I have a good idea. If spawning at outposts is meant to mean "arriving" at a staging post, then the developers can simply improve the mechanics of patrols. So that the patrols that spawn near the outposts go straight there.
    And to make it harder to abuse, you can improve the artificial intelligence of mobs so that they distinguish open hatches from closed ones. Pillagers will still be able to fall into some traps, but it will look more natural.
