They live in swamps and mangrove swamps. They chomp mobs which deals 9 attack damage. You can tame them with a saddle and cod on a stick. They eat small mobs like frogs, bees, and fish. When you kill them they drop their tooth which can be used to craft a pointy arrow which deals 9 attack damage. If you have power on your bow it deals 20 attack damage. They can also spawn in pillager outposts which means a pillager tamed them.
