Dylanus - A passive Steve-like mob

Dylanuses would be able to pick up and place flowers, saplings, and vines, and place them to small areas such as caves and ravines. They should also spawn naturally in plains, forests, swamps, and all types of villages. They would be able to be tamed by feeding them fish, potatoes, or pumpkin pies, and tamed Dylanuses would be able to attack Endermen, preventing the Endermen from teleporting and makes the Endermen easier for both players and Dylanuses to defeat, giving Dylanuses more use than just decorating some areas.
