let's say you were walking in a cave, and you see a hole you step on the hole, and you get grabbed and then sucked in the hole, now you are suffocating. you can't get out, and when you are at one heart you get free, but you lose items from 2 - 4 randomized slots and if you have multiple, you lose 1/4 - 1/2 of the items in the stack.
