Atomic creeper

The atomic creeper would be a dark green creeper that moves twice as slow as a regular creeper, but 4 times as powerful. It would have 50 HP and would be slightly smaller. The creeper would move silently except for when it detonates. Then, it would make a klaxon like noise and begin shaking. It would be created by detonating a charged creeper on TNT. Can only be detonated at will, or the flame enchantment. Also is 1% of naturally spawned creepers.
