Should be Able to Smelt Cobblestone Stairs and Slab to Get a Stone Variant

You can smelt cobblestone blocks to get stones. The same thing should happen for cobblestone stairs and slabs. This should also be the case for cobbled deepslate. When you mine a stone stair or slab, you should get a cobblestone variant and same thing for deepslate.

This mechanic could also be used with the stone cutter. For example, you could make a stone brick slab with a stone slab and same thing for the stair.
