Preset Mods (Ways to use ideas that were turned down but everyone is happy)

Minecraft has a huge community of players, and this amount of players leads to a lot of controversial parts of it. There will always be a community of people that want emerald tools and armor, the wither storm, or furniture. My idea could make everyone have a better Minecraft experience.

My idea is:

When you open Minecraft, there would be a Singleplayer, Multiplayer, Minecraft Realms, and "Mojang Mods". When you click on this, the button will display a list of mods you can toggle on. When you join a Singleplayer world, the mods will affect your game without you having to do another step. When you do a multiplayer world, the host will need to type "/enable mcmod <minecraft mod name here>" in the console. This will automatically close the server, then open it again. You could also do this with /disable mcmod. ( You will get kicked and it will say "Server requires <insert mojang mod name here> Mojang Mod."
