Enchanted Book Visuals

There are a few parts to this suggestion: 1) Enchanted books should have new visuals.. the book color should denote the type of enchanted book alongside the icon, and the gilded border denotes tier (i.e 1-5). 2) Enchantment books would appear their respective color inside of chiseled bookshelves and emit a light similar to a glow squid-- allowing for minor glow in darkness.
