Blue Creeper

In Minecraft merchandise, there is often a blue creeper which is not in the base game. I think this should be added to the game as it could make gameplay more interesting, with a different type which might be rarer, explode a bigger amount, or even giving different music discs!

    Technically, there is something very much like this: charged creeper.

    However, it will be different from the charged creeper, as it could be even rarer, even more powerful, gives different, rarer heads (for rarer mobs like enderman), and it could give exclusive music discs not found anywhere else|!!!

    It could be nice. I think it could be a creeper found Underwater!
