The Witch should be an Illager

I just always thought it was strange that we got an entire group of "evil Villagers", with their own base and outposts, yet the Witch, the original evil Villager of the game wasn't a part of that group.

The Zombie Pigmen were changed to be Zombified Piglins to match the new Piglins, I think the Witch should be changed as well. 

If they were added to Woodland Mansions, I think it would also be neat if the Mansion got a new room with a brewing stand for the Witch to brew potions there.

  the witch is already a part of the group, as they spawn during raids.

  No, witches are their own species, neither illager nor villager. They are essentially neutral toward all but the player.
