Snapshot 22w46a introduces the ability for note blocks to play mob sounds if a mob head is above it. But if a player head is placed on top of the note block it just makes the note block silent like any other block. I suggest to make it play the old damage sound if a default Steve player head is placed above the note block. Other player heads that arent steve could do the same, play the current tick damage sound or just make it silent like how it is currently with any player heads.
