Hot bar switch

My idea is to add a new key control in minecraft that allows you to switch your hot bar to the following one of your inventory instantly, without needing to open it. I got this idea from stardew valley, and it is a very cool mechanics that makes the game very smooth. Why not add it to minecraft ? That would be just so amazing ! To make it eaven more intuitive, there could be a second key to go to the previous item bar, so you have more control on it, but with a controller, it is harder because there is less key than with the keyboard.

Somes cool uses for this new key : 

- In PVP, to get a potion very fast, or switch your play style ! It would make it even faster, and smoother, and I think it would be awesome.

- In build, to get new blocs of your inventory faster, would be very nice.

    Yes! Playing stardew for the first time made me dream of this in Minecraft
