Wither Shot (soul enchantment)

As a soul focused character, I feel like soul bows/crossbows are kind of neglected other than having the anima conduit enchantment. The only ranged weapon that collects souls that I would ever use is the Soul Hunter Crossbow, as no other soul ranged weapon is nearly as powerful. Soul bows/crossbows deserve their own unique enchantment!

Wither Shot functions very similarly to Dipping Poison, but uses wither skulls and allows only up to one projectile. This projectile is gained by drinking a potion, explodes on contact, and inflicts withering damage depending on the enchantment level and the amount of souls you have.
