In various situations it is useful to be able to manipulate the clouds in the world directly in the save, which can currently only be set on the client side in the settings. This includes, for example, forced hiding (gamerule) or setting a fixed height. Their rendering could still be changed in the graphics settings.
This feature is worthwhile in cases where the map creator or server owner require the ability to manipulate clouds that may be distracting or at an inappropriate height that may interfere with the best game experience for the player.
These could be set using a gamerule where the value would be the height (zero to disable).
