/Rename Command

This command would behave similarly to the /enchant command and would work on the item that is currently being held.  The syntax would be /rename <target> <newName>.  While we can give ourselves renamed items with the give or item command, I would argue that this falls under the same umbrella as the enchantment command in that it would speed up the process of receiving a renamed item.  It is also a pain to remember the exact syntax for applying a custom name to an item through our current means through commands.
