Command for Java and Bedrock: Floating Texts

Add command /Floatingtext

Which allows to put names of mobs (The text above a wolf adopt for example) but in the air and indestructible.

This will improve the creative side of minecraft and will be very useful for players!

Or just put back on Bedrock the fact that NPC names don't need to be set by our cursor to be displayed thank you!
