Autocrafting bedrock mobile

In the most recent update (as of Nov 12, 2022) on bedrock mobile, double tapping in the crafting GUI will quickly craft all the material in the input. I don't like this new feature. It makes it difficult for me to quickly craft a specific number of items. Previously, this kind of quick crafting was done by a tap and hold mechanic. This is still in the game. The double tap method is redundant, unnecessary, and annoying.
