vexes dont go through walls anymore

Allays can't go through walls. Vexes shouldn't either. This would also make vexes easier to fight/less annoying.

    Or at least don't make them float through the ceiling and floors so they can just pop in a hit you and leave before you can fight back

    I'd rather vexes come through walls than through ceilings and floors. That would make them less irritating imo

    then there would be no point of them. Nothing special. Maybe specific blocks should stop them going through, like obsidian or something
