Fill command should add coloured blocks, different types of planks, etc

When using the fill command, it would be awesome if I could decide what type of a specific item I could fill an area with. For example, I fill an area with wool, it won't let me pick a colour so it just fills the area with white wool. The same with planks, you can only fill an area with oak planks and no other type of planks. The same with concrete where I can only fill an area with white concrete and not fill an area with coloured concrete such as red concrete. 

Adding the ability to be able to do this would be greatly appreciated!

    you can its just strangely complicated.  (to fill an area with spruce /fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ planks [ "wood_type" : "spruce" ] ) compared to newer ones where its like mangrove_planks or bamboo_planks. it would be nice to make them all separate. for concrete its the same. (/fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ concrete [ "color" : "blue" ])
