Bedrock: Structure Blocks can save reusable structures on friends maps

Have the ability to save structures from your own map that you can load onto your friends' maps, but make the opposite not possible to prevent players from stealing structures.

Basically my friend is almost never online I would like to be able to work on my side on my map on structures (Builds) like houses that we could reuse directly for our project.

  Hey why not have a setting instead so if you don't want people to save structures on your maps than they can't or if you want to you can turn it on and people can it'll make saving structures easier for me at least when I use my windows 10 to save a structure from a copy of my minecraft survival world
