This will be a new Villager that you can't find in villages, and it has a very low chance of spawning in a room similar to a jail cell in a Pillager Outpost. In this Jail Cell, there will be a chest with some loot, a brewing stand, and a new profession block called the Hex Smithing Table. It functions like the Enchantment table, but only gives curses. Also, there will be new curses, like the Curse of Dullness (opposite of Sharpness), the Curse of Breaking (extra durability penalty), and stuff like that. The Villager has trades for rare items, like books (because they are annoying to get) and also crying obsidian, which is necessary to craft the Hex Smithing Table. Also, the Cartographer Villager has a rare chance to sell a map for a crazy price to a place where there's something called the Hexblade, and it's protected by a boss mob which is basically a giant Eyeball that travels through the ground and shoots lazerbeams that deal damage and applies a random negative potion effect, but usually blindness. When defeated, the Eye drops the Hexblade, which is a powerful weapon with durability even greater than netherite and deals 9 damage on average. If you right-click a Hex Smithing Table with a Hexblade, it opens a different UI than normal, which looks like an Anvil UI. If you put the Hexblade and a cursed item on the UI, then the Hexblade gains a little extra durability and deals 1 extra damage, to a maximum of 25, but also can't be enchanted and gets a little slower each time.
