Locking chiseled bookshelves to one enchantment

Idea for a new functionality of the chiseled bookshelf: When powering a chiseled bookshelf, only one type of enchantment can go into it.

If a chiseled bookshelf is powered it will only take enchanted books that are the same type as the first slot or only take normal books depending on what is in the first slot of the shelf. This could work like [enchanted book] level 3 in one shelf and [enchanted book] level 2 in another or perhaps Any level of the same book. If all the books are taken out of the chiseled bookshelf the first thing to go into the chiseled bookshelf is the new "lock".
