New professions for villagers

Since 1.14 gave villagers new professions, I feel like we need more professions using blocks from newer versions. Adding professions like beekeepers, engineers or lumberjacks to the game would make some items be a lot more useful than before.

  My Ideas for New Villagers Jobs:

  Pyrotechnic:
  Trades: Fireworks, gumpowder and TNT.
  Work station: Pyrotechnic table (New block).

  Baker:
  Trades: Breads, cookies, cakes, pies.
  Work Station: Culinary table (New block).

  Beekeeper:
  Trades: Honey, flowers, candles.
  Work station: Beehive

  Ceramist:
  Trades: Clay, flower pots, future archeology related stuff.
  Work station: Kiln (New block).

  Carpenter:
  Trades: Sapplings, wood building blocks.
  Work station: Woodcutter (New block).

  Rancher:
  Trades: Leads, crates with Animals (Mod: Villagers Sell Animals).
  Work station: Feeding trough (New block).

  guard

  no trade patrols the area fights mobs
  uses whatever is put in the stand
  Work station: Armour stand
