I would like to see a option to allow the player to lower or raise the mob spawning cap on Minecraft bedrock edition
I believe there are too many hostile mobs spawning in dark areas. This issue is especially noticeable when exploring the new cave systems. And I notice even more spawning on my bedrock realm.
If the area of a cave is not completely lit up with torches, the mobs spawn faster then you can kill them, resulting in an endless wave of mobs. For myself, this takes away the fun of exploring the new cave systems as I can’t explore them without first lighting up the whole area. Lighting up the area first takes a lot of resources and time and I think a better solution would be allowing the player to adjust the amount of mobs able to spawn.
