During her Rematch the Ender Dragon should be able to teleport

As we all know the ender dragon can get rematched with four ender crystals but in the rematch its not harder at all to defeat her. Its even easier since you probably geared up since the last fight. My Idea this time is to make her able to teleport. The Dragon would teleport at random times and there is a chance about half that the ender dragon will escape from arrows that would have hit her normally. Explosions could also be avoided with teleportation.

    It is better to strengthen him with this ability from the beginning and not when he is brought back to life. The dragon needs to be changed because he is the last boss in the game
