Bring back screen tilt on damage

Originally, before the version 1.3 of Minecraft, we had a tilt on damages that allowed us to know where the damages came from. I know there is a mod that bring back this fonctionnality but it would be great if it was a part of minecraft vanilla with an option to turn it on and off

  That is something that really helped me so I didn't have to rely on the sound to figure out where it came from
