Scottish Note Block Sounds

Since the new 1.20 update is all about representation and such, I think there should be representation in the game for Scottish people in the form of music. Specifically, adding new note block sounds. My ideas would be adding sounds for Bagpipes, Scottish Snare, and Cittern. Not entirely sure which blocks to use for what (maybe deepslate since slate is a common material in Scotland), but I'm sure there is something out there that would make sense for these instruments. I love listening to Scottish music and would enjoy being able to make such music in Minecraft, and I'm sure many others would enjoy it too.
