Bedrock creative menu rework

First: Remove Subcategories, I mean those "Doors", "Glass", "Decorative Stone" etc. Because that will make inventory much cleaner. Secondly: Add more tabs to the menu while reworking the UI (so they are gonna fit). Add categories like: Building Blocks, Decorations, Materials, Misc. and Redstone. For Java: categories do not need a change.
