Option to comment on marketplace ratings or return them within certain time

Perhaps we. An be able to comment on why we rated marketplace content...for example: I just purchased a texture pack for 990 coins but when applied, it looks absolutely nothing like what's shown in the example...at all. It might be nice to have a warning of things like this. 

Also suggesting the option to return marketplace items and get our coins back, within a certain window of time. I would LOVE to return that texture pack I just bought that looks absolutely nothing like the sample photos. This way players don't have to waste money on nonsense they will never use
