    To balance it should cost some XP matching levels like you were enchanting, twice the lapis or amethyst so moving your favorite collection of enchantments on an item has a price that you either wait for or just decide to enchant a new one. Still would be an awesome and needed feature though, just have to make sure it doesn't fully make the enchanting table pointless at some point.
