Living Phantoms

How about living versions of phantoms. What would they be called, what would they do and how would you get them? Maybe by curing or rather doing something to bring them back to life somehow could be rather interesting, perhaps you could could tame them and breed the living ones and they would lay eggs I don't know Another thing would living versions of phantoms be hostile or neutral and what would the eat to be bred or tamed?

    Maybe they originally live in the end, similar to piglins and hoglins, and could turn into allays or something similar.

    Turn into allays? Vexes are clearly intended to be corrupted versions of allays.

    They could be called the astral and can spawn in the end. They can be rideable like striders. And when using an elytra. They will lift the player and help them glide more like dolphins.
