Increase the limit of Health Points for more than 1024 points of health

   It would be cool to make mobs have custom health that has a total of 3000 health points or 1500 Hearts which is impossible to do since there is a limit but what there is no limit on how much Health you can give to players or mobs and have the Hearts have a number integer above the XP bar when it reaches past 512 Hearts to make the screen easier to see.

  This would be an easy change.
