[Bedrock Edition] Make Old Items Accessible Through Commands

I specifically am talking about the Nether Reactor Core, Glowing Obsidian, and the old Stonecutter block. It makes sense why these items are no longer available in the Creative Inventory. They are no longer used and no longer serve a functional purpose. But I and many other people like these blocks and would like to use them in builds for decoration and the only way to get them is with external tools.

  I feel the same way
