/Gamerule VineSpread false

With the new game rules being added to the game I had high hopes to see that vines spreading on to nearby block would finally be an option we could disable, sadly, this didn't happen. 

I suggest a "/gamerule Vinespread false" to be be able to disable vines from spreading on to nearby blocks.

    You can cut the vine with scissors on RMB, stopping it from growing.
