Moveable UI for Visually Impaired

I love playing Minecraft but I have very little vision and sometimes I find it hard to see some parts of the UI. Maybe have an option where players can move some of the UI elements around to make it easier for people who are visually impaired. This feature might be helpful for other people too not just for people with vision impairments. This is the one thing that puts me off playing the game, I know there's a Narrator on the game but it isn't really all that helpful.
