Add Debug Toggle to Servers

Minecraft: Java Edition Servers should have the option to disable the debug menu as a servers side option in the server config file. This would eliminate F3+A abuse (because chunks load entities first) to help hide sneaking players, item entities, underground chest bases, or just to see mobs to locate caves.

    Add allow-debug (F3) boolean to server.properties. Default is true, no change in game behavior.


    If false, connected clients are unable to use F3 or any F3 hotkeys for the maximum 'vanilla' experience.

    Minecraft is an incredibly technical game, and some of these features available client side are interesting and useful in most cases. However, in the multiplayer experience these features can be abused by bad actors to gain an advantage over other players, seeing it toggleable would be great!
