Thorny Dragon

It would be cool to add the thorny lizard in the 1.20 update. For one thing, they also live in the desert like the camel. They could also be a potential hazard, as when stepped on, they could deal damage. 

• When stepped on by a camel, the camel would immediately eject all of its riders mounted on it and would immediately sit down.

• They also have the ability to bury themselves in sand, making it harder to spot them.

• When attacked, they could deal thorns II damage and would run away.
