Jungle cities, I believe would work well with the new bamboo woods, especially in their structures. The chests in the city would hold emeralds and azaleas, as well as cocoa beans. Jungle cities could also include jungle villagers being a neutral mob, and they would be hostile if attacked. The villagers would be modeled after the modern idea of cavemen and their villages would be built between the trees in the jungle. Moving on to the pillager base camps, the base camps would be closer than pillager outposte, but farther to where the villagers residing in the village are not aware of the pillagers' presence. The base camps would occasionally hold totems of undying in case you cause the pillagers at the camp to become angry, and the chests would also hold apples and wheat. Until you make the pillagers at the camp angry, these pillagers are neutral, and they would be considered rogue pillagers, as they are pillagers who think differently from those at the pillager outposts. If someone brings certain items, such as a rabbit's foot, or bread (based on the pillager's showed need) then the player can gain the pillager's trust, and the pillager will be "recruited" by the player. Its hostility would be dependent on the player hitting a mob or another player, similar to the hostility of a dog.
