Improve Book UI & Text Scaling

Minecraft has had a lot of new content additions, but not enough improvements to existing gameplay elements. Some underrated UI need some improvements as soon as possible.

One of the biggest UI & Text related issues are books! More accurately, the scaling of text dependent on whether or not you are using the Unicode font. 

When using the Unicode font, the text is able to display much more on any UI than if you weren't using the Unicode font. This is why I suspect the text scaling might need updating.

That isn't the only thing that needs updating. Various UI adjust well depending on GUI scale, but the book for example doesn't even center onto the screen.

This idea isn't essential, but it is a much desired Quality of Life upgrade that I believe can go a long way. Imagine the potential in having grand libraries, with properly formatted books that is independent from the choice of font. If you aren't willing to simply improve the books, why not overhaul it completely? Wordpad in Minecraft? Sign me up.
