Chiseled bookshelves having a impact on enchantement tables

As of now, the chiseled bookshelves have no impact on enchanting tables. I know, this has already been suggested in other posts, but hear me out. I think it would be cool if the type of enchanted book we put in a chiseled bookshelf would increase the possibility of obtaining this enchantement using the enchantment table.

  I think this kind of feature would be great, currently enchantment table are almost never used because of villager trading but if we could use chisled bookshelfz to decide what snchanments to get from the table it would become useful again.

  This, where every three books added to a chiseled bookshelf gives it power equal to one normal bookshelf, in addition to some in-game hints for bookshelf power for enchantment tables. Nobody playing this game blind would figure out the bookshelf mechanics.
