Chiseled Bookshelves should Buff Enchantment Tables

I can't claim to be the original poster of this idea, but I think it would be cool if chiseled bookshelves put around an enchanting table would increase the chances of rolling specific enchants if you put the corresponding enchantment in the bookshelf. This way you can't increase the chances of an enchant you don't have yet, but you can ensure you have backup enchants if you ever lose your items or smth like that.

  Maybe treasure enchantments should appear rarely if this is implemented. Because, how ancient city residents and piglins make them? You still need to find it first, so there it is the exploration aspect (even if I don't feel like it).
