So, right now I feel like the ender dragon is a little boring. The setting of it seems very final boss-like, but the dragon itself is not very interesting to fight. Once you break the crystals, an easy task with snowballs and bows, it's just a matter of waiting until the dragon perches and whacking it with a sword. The breath attack and the fling attack are neat, but there are extremely simple ways to survive them. You can literally just stack up to avoid the dragons breath and you can just throw an ender pearl when you get thrown into the air. So my idea was a new attack that distracts you while the dragon perches. The basis of the attack is this: When the ender dragon perches, the endermen near it in a small radius automatically become aggressive towards the player/players up to 5 endermen can become aggressive per attack. Endermen in a radius around the pillar can also become aggressive from this. That pretty much concludes my idea.
