Dispensers should be able to pickup lava/water from cauldrons

Dispensers can already place and pickup lava/wanter in the world, they should be able to do it from cauldrons as well. This would allow for auto-refilling cauldrons with water when they are empty, using cauldrons for compact flip-flop, and many other things.

  I have no idea why this wasn't implemented yet. We really need this for certain farms like lava.

  It will help with creating fully automated farms that involve that because it is a pain to have to collect the lava/water manually taking more time.
