Idle villager becomes unarmed pillager

When an employed villager's work station is destroyed, and that villager has not made a trade, after a length of time they turn into an unarmed pillager. They cause mostly harmless mayhem, such as chasing other villagers or destroying crops. If the work station that employed the pillager before they turned is made available, the pillager can reluctantly (i.e., it can take a while) revert back to being a villager and become employed again. Should a raid begin or a if a pillager patrol enters the village before then, the pillager becomes armed and joins the other pillagers.
