Submarine sniffer

With the new camel being able to carry 2 players but being slow that was coming to minecraft had gave me an idea. The idea was making this mob rideable with a twist. The sniffer can carry up to 4 or 5 players at a time while riding it. The sniffer van be very fast underwater for shipwrecks expeditions or even underwater treasure chest. But like the strider when it leaves lava, the sniffer would be slow when it's on land. Although it's a little bit faster than a normal player walking. Like 0.5 times faster maybe less. I didn't want to take the special features of the other rideable animals to be useless so this still gives the mobs a purpose. The sniffer being rideable for the water will not replace boats however because the sniffer can only go fast when it's fully submerged.
